@madollar.mapesa3: Equity bank are so fanny …. I processed someone a loan of 2.4m this morning …. She had an emergency problem and provided me with all the requirements needed … transferred the amount to her and she was to withdraw immediately as we were using same bank … the bank refused to give her the money that she has to prove where the money is from and for what purpose and what she is going to do with it … I had to go there in person and went straight ti the branch manager … cant they see the money is from my account to the other account ..? They called me to confirm the transfer earlier … equity bank likes holding pples money with unnecessary questions… y don’t they complain when depositing … anyways it was messy but they had to release … y are pple coming to us for loans … ? Coz banks has these unnecessary process
