Supposed to use block for support not wood. The wood will rot eventually and then the brick will not be supported

All you need is 4 inch blocks that don’t stack on top of each other and attach them to the brick. You don’t need those post.

Why not pour the footer first before you install the home and then set it up to block work

Genuine question how much does an under pinning job like that usually cost ? I know that cost of materials and location is a big variable but a general idea because I’ve been considering doing this when I buy a Mobil home because the vinyl under pinning is garbage !

My double wide has the cross footers poured already and a footer poured all the way around the outside perimeter already will that matter since the 4x4 post isn’t in the concrete for the outside footer

Need block where I live if you put blocks attached to foundation and attach the home to the blocks like a house then brick the blocks it’s considered a house and you can insure it like one

Probably in your state is different type of foundation, what do you use for EQS, Tied downs , or hurricane sistem? Here in CA we use different equipment and for the foundation we use metal piers on the foundation
