@maryamaskitchen: Happy weekend Jamaahta i tried the viral black lemon at home and honestly ba wahala wallahi💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻kuma the aroma harga Allah is irresistible it is soo fresh the lemon scent is still fresh you can perceive it and it is well dried up ready for soups and rice dishes.i use my @Buchymix Direct Airfyer oven the rotisserie compartment it was just super easy the airfryer did all the turning all i did was adjust temperature at intervals. Incase kinaso ki gwada bakida airfryer oven kmr na Buchymix after kinyi boiling and pat it dry spread them on a tray lined with either newspaper haka or any dry paper and sun dry it for 3 days untill it turns perfect black ,make sure ana rana mai zapi dinan🙌trust me you will achieve same or kiyi busarwan inuwa meaning inda ba rana kmr countertop na kitchen dinki leave it for 7 days and you have your black lemon. It is use in most Arabian dishes as it eliminates any meaty/fishy smells,it add a flavour kick to your dish,in rice it deepens the flavour and aroma in such a beautiful way I can’t explain,you can use it in your tafashen Nama also🙌
