LTA is time to put safety n productivity rather than ask people not to use aircond - all heavy vehicle ply on offpeak hour n 2am+5am - abv peak traffic flow smoother but ERP income less as less jams - abv reduce petrol waste n country energy reserve last est 30% more - reduce jammed 3 lanes road can separate 1 lane reserve for (motorbike n weekend cyclists) ake road safer
