You have to be careful with raw vegetables and salads especially because they might be washing the vegetables with tap water (which is totally unsafe). It’s best to eat cooked vegetables. Also, avoid using tap water to rinse your mouth or brush your teeth, use bottled water instead. I had the worst Bali belly from swallowing pool water when I was there 😭

You SHOULDN’T brush your teeth right after throwing up. Your enamel is temporarily weak from your stomach acid and by brushing your teeth right after, you’re damaging it permanently. INSTEAD, rinse with water and baking soda to , neutralize the acid.
