Nigerian system kills dreams. There're a whole lot of talents wasting away in this part of the world.

True! We lack the requisite systems, structures, infrastructures, policies, platforms, guidance, curriculum to be able to implement some of the innovative ideas we already have.

yessss😭 I'm so passionate about education but I believe our problem is also lack of systems and opportunities.
Part of what I want to do in the future is start an organisation to help Nigerian youths to grow their creative business ideas through investment.

Unrelated to this video, You just motivated me in other video, I'm starting a solar company but the process has been back and forth, though I thank God so far, I've gotten a partnership. I'm not giving up, if a 19yrs will do this what is my excuse as a 20+yrs old. Thank you girl.
It'd be a pleasure to collaborate with you.

I don't agree completely, but you said it depends on who you meet.
Environment and parents also play a factor on how a youth is shaped

Akindamola | Builder Notes :
I agree with you. It’s painful because there are so many people with the skills and ideas to build, yet they’re held back by poor infrastructure, bureaucracy, and limited access. Government has a huge responsibility to fix that.
At the same time, I’ve come to believe that while we push for systemic change, we also have to build wherever we can. Every business, technology, and solution we create moves us one step closer to the future we want.
Real change will come from both: better institutions and more people choosing to build despite the obstacles. It won’t happen overnight, and it won’t replace the government’s role.
I’ve decided to be one of those people. I hope more of us make the same choice.
