⚠️Correction⚠️I said baijiu dates back to the Han Dynasty over 2,000 years ago. Ancient Chinese alcohol does, but distilled baijiu as we know it today is generally believed to date to around the Song or Yuan Dynasty, roughly 700–1,000 years ago. Feel free to correct and fact check me anytime. If I ever make a mistake I can assure you that it was not intentional 🙏

Kewachow Moutai is the only Baijiu I like it is 53%, I just finished my bottle from 2014.

The 72% alcohol content is only for the first batch; it will eventually be blended down to a lower alcohol percentage.
