In Ukraine almost everyone has a split system at home. In summer it usually gets to +40C I even remember +43 or something like that. And -20 in winter

Yeah those other alternatives aren't alternatives, we can't just rebuild all of Europe to avoid A/C, especially when it's so hot that shade and ventilation isn't enough anyway.
