Ppl can joke or make fun etc, but there’s a reason reform are gaining ground. Maybe the other parties need to look at themselves and improve, rather than looking for gaps in reform.

There is a difference between being an excellent policy maker and being the right person to serve as an MP. If someone like Zia Yusuf is particularly strong at developing strategy, shaping policy, and driving organisational change, Reform UK may achieve more by keeping him focused on those strengths rather than moving him into Parliament. The goal of any organisation should be to put its best people where they will have the greatest impact. Applying for, or wanting, a position does not automatically make it the best fit. Leadership is about deploying talent where it delivers the strongest results.
