Scoop small portions (about 1 teaspoon each) onto a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet. 3. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm. 3. Assemble the Cookies 1. Scoop cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart. 2. Flatten each scoop slightly. 3. Place a frozen cheesecake filling in the center. 4. Cover with a little more cookie dough and seal the edges completely. 4. Freeze Before Baking Freeze the assembled cookies for 30 minutes. This helps them keep their thick bakery-style shape while baking. 5. Bake * Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. * Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for 15 minutes before adding the drizzle. 6. Make the Cream Cheese Drizzle 1.
