@subhadrasangroula: Period day 4, back to 3kgs weights!! Core engagement and breathing is very important while performing all exercises! While doing squats it is very important to engage your core correctly, avoid holding your breathe, do not let your abdomen bulge outward Inhale to prepare, and then exhale as you stand up, gently drawing your belly button toward your spine and lifting your pelvic floor. Start unweighted. once,you master the form then add light weights(if your abdomen is bulging outward means your core is not engaged, it is best to avoid doing until your separation is significantly healed) All exercises 3sets*12-15reps then slowly increase it to 20reps!! I healed my Diastasis Recti/apron at home with exercises shown in the videos. . Please start working out, you will definitely see the results. In addition, food also plays vital role. If you want to see the result, eat fibre/protein rich meals. I still have a loose/crinkly skin and stretch marks which you can clearly see in my videos as well.
