@spen_fitness: if you wanna change your life, change your mindset The reality is that to get the physique you want, you’re probably going to have to make some changes. Exercising more, eat more balanced foods, improving your sleep etc. But if you constantly frame those things as negative expenses, like chores. They are going to feel like chores. They will always feel like they are taking away from your life and enjoyment But if you start thinking about them as the investments that they are, things will begin to change. All of the things you need to do in order to live the healthy life you want, in a body you love are investments into your health. Signing up to the gym? An investment Getting a coach? An investment Spending time meal prepping for the week? An investment And this is all coming from someone who’s lost 30lbs and kept it off who used to spend HUNDREDS a month on deliveroo.
