@anyu.tian: When I was in my 30s, I was worried that I might not be as active when I turn 40. I used to do home workouts 3 times a week and run marathons. I would never imagine how active I would be in my 40s — hitting the gym 6 days a week now. Keeping my evening runs to 2 times.
