It just looks dry to me its probably irritation, thats a sensitive place to have a tattoo that size. id get some tattoo lotion idk if anything antibiotic is needed.

I never had a tattoo I am 66 years old my friends and family have tattoos and they love them they just every couple months every year to get a new one and yes sometimes they do get infected yes my girlfriend put a butterfly tattoo right where her belly button is and the next 3 days later that thing was red as fire yeah she has to take antibiotics because the guy didn't clean his ink Beatles yeah so watch yourself or keep you in prayer good yeah it is just take care okay love you
