how are citizens literally against this LMAO landlords have more than enough to upkeep their properties and they just choose not to and a rent freeze wont do pretty much anything to prevent landlords from fulfilling maintenance, they already make more than enough

If we freeze rent they should also freeze or lower property taxes. Reduces the financial strain on property owners. All for cheaper or freezing rent, but you have to look at all financial factors
