@dcheming: Easy Strawberry Dump Cake 🍓 (I’d recommend doubling this recipe if you have more than 2 or 3 people) Recipe ⬇️ I made this since I had fresh strawberries that I needed to use and friends coming over for a game night. Ingredients: * 2 1/2 Cups Strawberries (hulled & halved) * 1/2 Cup Sugar * 1 tsp Vanilla extract * 1/2 box Cake Mix (vanilla or French vanilla) * 7 Tbsps unsalted Butter Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. Wash, hull, and halve the strawberries, then toss them in a bowl with the sugar and vanilla. 3. Let them sit for about 15 minutes. 4. Pour the strawberry mixture into a greased 9x9 (or 8x8) baking dish. 5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top. DON’T mix it in. 6. Slice the butter and lay the pieces across the top of the cake mix. 7. Bake it at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden. #strawberry #dumpcake #easybaking #recipes #baking
