I love Katy but this new song she has literally one of the most unsingable choruses ever. It doesn't match and fit the explosive instrumental, it barely rhymes, and the whole thing sounds like a mess. I hate saying that because I've always loved Katy. There's always so much hype around her comebacks, talk about "saving pop" and bringing the genre back, but the music never quite lives up to those expectations. Bandaids was at least something, this on the other hand, feels like absolutely nothing.
