both of them play a completely different style of volleyball. While Leon excels in offense, Ishikawa excels on defense. Having Ishikawa is like having a pseudo libero who can consistently get the ball up, while Leon on the other hand, he plays like two outside hitters combined into one. Another thing, Leon is great because of his height and athleticism, that's why he can produce much power in his attacks and his height is also the primary reason why his blocking is better than Ishikawa who uses speed and mind in offense and blocking. Who's better? It depends on what the team needs more.
