It is said that he shared one of the strongest bonds with his rider and possessed impressive strength. This dragon was responsible for killing Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, whom he devoured. List of kills credited to Sunfyre: 1. Rhaenys Targaryen (alongside Vhagar): Killed during the Battle of Rook's Rest. Both Sunfyre and Vhagar fought against her and her dragon. 2. Meleys (alongside Vhagar): Defeated and killed during the same battle at Rook's Rest. Her death is credited to both dragons. 3. Grey Ghost: Sunfyre encountered him on Dragonstone, fought him, killed him, and then devoured him. 4. Moondancer: During the fall of Dragonstone, Moondancer severely wounded Sunfyre, but Sunfyre ultimately killed and devoured her. 5. Rhaenyra Targaryen: On Aegon II's orders, Sunfyre burned her and then devoured her in front of her son, Aegon the Younger. 6.
