This ain’t your average ramen🔥 A creamy, saucy upgrade to Buldak Carbonara with jammy eggs and juicy steak—all in just 10 minutes. 🥩✨ Once you try this bowl, there’s no going back. 😍 📍Tag your ramen buddy & save this for your next cozy noodle night. 💗 ✨ Hailey’s Buldak Mayo Ramen 📝 Ingredients • 1 pack Buldak Carbonara • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise • ½ cup reserved noodle water • 1 egg yolk • 1 slice American cheese • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1–2 soft-boiled eggs (boil for 6 minutes 30 seconds) • A few bok choy leaves (optional) • Grilled steak (optional) • 1 Tbsp chili oil 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Cook the noodles Bring 1½ cups of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until just tender. Reserve ½ cup of the noodle water before draining. 2. Make the sauce base In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, Buldak sauce, seasoning powder, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth. 3. Bring it all together Add the cooked noodles and American cheese, then pour in the reserved hot noodle water. Toss until the cheese melts and the noodles are evenly coated. 4. Add your toppings (optional but highly recommended!) Top with grilled steak, soft-boiled eggs, blanched bok choy, and finish with a drizzle of chili oil. 💡 Tip: I added the cheese first in the video for the visuals, but it melts much more smoothly if you mix the sauce first and add the cheese together with the hot noodle water. 🌶️ Prefer it less spicy?
