I disagree with your kurogumo take it kinda goes against Soho’s entire writing kurogumo is an offensive and defensive blade and the whole point was that Mei is its main way of attack but sojo’s ideal of the weapons being nothing more than used to kill he slowly began to rely solely on Mei as his bond deepened even reflected in when he accessed true realm he only did so for Mei the reason he ended up losing is because he ignored the defensive capabilities of kurogumo which by your breakdown would insinuate sojo should’ve won if kurogumo is meant to reflect the weapon aspect of being attack focused which none of the blades really are sorry for the rant

Enten is so strangely special to me. As the saying goes, “a weapon made to end war will only continue war”. Technically it’s a peacemaker yet it still carries a sense of violence within it. Id say the Enten reminds me more of a revolution than anything else, arming yourself to fight against a system that detains and chains you into. maybe the Enten represents either a “final war” or a way to continue “war”. Or im digging too much into it

i think kumeyuri also represents the rose tinted view uruha has of the war, especially considering its abilities and spirit manifestation being faceless oiran, it is a sword of vices. things like plays (which is a beautiful art form, as art is in general, but for the sake of analysis, we’ll say it’s a distraction.) alcohol, and oiran (who were consorts) are all seen as worldly pleasures that distract you from true purpose. i believe that since the EBs can be interpreted as the beliefs and ideals of the wielder being given physical form and why being a good fit matters a lot to tapping into the true realm (your true self and intentions.) kumeyuri represents uruha’s romanticization of combat and war since it gave him purpose, while he represses the horrible things he had both seen and done, possibly due to PTSD-induced amnesia as he was only 17 when the war began.
