Where do I find info on what acceptable numbers are for blood work done? I went to a Dr. listed on the Menopause Society website. My iron is 46, Dr. says that's normal. I'm exhausted all the time. What do I do now?

I'm 58 on HRT. I have had 2 ultra sounds bc of bleeding. my doc can't find any reason for this. I bleed heavy for 5 days every time me and my husband have sex. I'm afraid to tell my doctor, she may stop my HRT. any advice?
