i mean thats pretty balanced, most mages/mage assassins can do the exact same to an enemy on that hp so idk why ppl are conplaining, and for most champs u have to hit less skill shots as well

most balanced release tbh, hope he stays the same, it's fun to play with or against him. People overreacting over a champ just because he has resets, also I remind u, if he kills someone and uses his reset without the Q cds up, he doesn't deal any dmg and can be killed pretty easily with a cc.
