I’ll be 50 in September. Everyone makes me feel like I’m too old to do anything anymore. Can’t go here or there, can’t wear this or that, can’t dance “it’s embarrassing because you’re almost 50”. I’m done. I just booked a solo drip to Bimini for tomorrow. I’m going to live this life in the moment. I needed to hear this.

I am a doctor. I was treating my 92-year-old new patient. She says to me “would you be able to come over to the house and take care of my mother?” I thought she was joking however, her mother was 109. When her mother passed at 111, the daughter was devastated, didn’t make a difference how long she lived. It’s still your mama. Make sure you call your family.

I turn 60 next year July. Any chance I get I solo travel to Marrakesh, I just love it there .. Just came back & did the hot air balloon. The most spiritual experience. If I die tomorrow, I will be happy ✨✨✨✨✨✨

As someone who grew up above the funeral home and was confronted with this on a daily basis for the first 18 years of my life, I agree 100% and it is the reason I've been advocating for humanity to finally start respecting life, because all people care about is work, money and power and I think it's absolutely inhumane.

worked oncology for many years. They taught me how to live my life. I'm on my 3rd bucket list. cultivate relationships Instead of things. Nobody who's dying wishes they worked more hours, bought a bigger house, get a fancy car.
