I think unless your goal is to run something like a sub 3 hour marathon or a sub 1:20 half marathon then running more than say 50K a week is pointless if you also want to bulk up and gain muscle. I’m trying to lose weight whilst also chasing a sub 1:40 half marathon so I’ll put in 40km per week 3 upper sessions 1 lower.
