Overhead cable extension is the #1 Tricep Exercise on the list 🏆
The long head of the triceps makes up the biggest portion of your upper arm.
To train it properly, your arms need to be overhead.
That’s exactly what the overhead cable extension does.
✅ Loads the triceps in a stretched position
✅ Provides tension through the entire range of motion
✅ Easy to progressively overload
✅ Very joint friendly for most people
✅ Targets the long head better than most pushdown variations
The stretch at the bottom is where a lot of the growth stimulus comes from.
