Gee I always felt wrong doing affirmations like that and now I know that I probably waisted precious time with my healing. Your "Activation" video was sent to me by a friend and I'm listening to it right before I go to sleep. I was diagnosted with BC a year ago. Refused chemo, only had surgery. Trying to eat and live healthy, doing meditation daily and affirmations. Those you mentioned in this video. 🫤 I'm going to play with what you suggested. It sounds so right to me. I thank you so much for sharing all this. Now I'm even more determined to heal. 🙏🫶

That’s right! Affirmations don’t work for me either… I know it’s not true or I don’t believe it isn’t true! I now acknowledge let’s say the pain, I always have a lot of physical pain because of old injuries, so let’s use pain for an example. I acknowledge the pain, I honor it and tell myself it is okay to feel it, and then guess what, it goes away! Try it, IT WORKS!!! 💖💖

Oh my goodness YES!! I needed this today thank you. I can feel the physiological response in my body to affirmations when I know I don’t believe them deep down, but I never could figure out what to do with that.
