Air drying is only "bad" if your hair takes half the day to dry, or if you are going to sleep with soaking wet hair, creating friction against your pillow. For everyone else, letting nature do the work is perfectly fine.

They want you to use chemicals on your hair and buy unecessary products to dry your hair. Just air dry it. I have such healthy hair and have always air dryed.
