@ashleynflowers: 328 lbs… The highest I saw in 2010. Then my step mom died at 47, and my mom was diagnosed with cancer at 47- in 2011. I lost a lot of weight with diet and exercise and got down to 180 before finding out I was pregnant with twins. I lost that weight and more, lost weight with trauma, gained weight with trauma - and did a little up and down while battling my genetics and also fighting to gain back myself - all while under a huge magnifying glass. My next chapter is going to be for me. For the first time in my life I want to live in joy. I’ve had stamina both in my weight loss journey - and in my fight for peace in my life.
