@wildwinchester: China is a participant in the U.N.'s "Convention Against Torture". China signed it 12/12/1986 and fully ratified it on 10/4/1988. Yu Menglong's case definitely fits the definition. This treaty also includes other cruel,inhumane acts or degrading treatment and punishment. China has failed to investigate Yu's torture and murder,this violates the agreement.
