I know Barth only said those things in the heat of the moment because he was so desperate to talk to Tanrak after being ignored for a week. But hearing those words from the man he loves, especially when Tanrak is terrified and overwhelmed and clinging to the only thing that's kept him going since childhood, his faith, must have hurt sm
