You could stop drunk driving in one day, but the judicial system was to let them out first offense to $200,000 in cash within 24 hours that money will go to the local schools second offense 25 years in prison, it would take drunk driving down within a day, but like I said the judicial system like to let these assholes continuously come out so they can kill somebody else
