I’m 55 and my neighborhood has become a “young couple starting home”… and I LOVE it!! They keep me young and I bake and make homemade meals for them!! 3 young couples all across the street- we share gardening tips and have coffee in the mornings and adult drinks at nite… it’s amazing to have young people around

Girl, us old people have been thru it. We just want kindness and chill. I bake sourdough in my home every day and give it all away. I use left over starter to make sweet treats. Im like the street granny. Take the goodies, is does our hearts good.

50 plus here 🙋🏼♀️you are absolutely right it’s quite we don’t have company we don’t go anywhere or bother anybody we just sit relax and bake things watch TikTok and reruns and you are our kids age and we just love that !

That’s funny as I’m 66 and I would not move to one. I feel like it’s a step into a nursing home and that’s what I think of it. And actually, they’re more pricey than my apartment now ,so I wouldn’t do it.
