I did 50/50 partnership with a close family member, and everything ended up on my shoulder. Bookkeeping, filing and accounting, marketing and client acquisition, the physical work itself, everything a-z, and this individual just let me lead, incapable of making even the simplest of decisions. My fault really for choosing how I felt about my family member over what was best for the business.
