AI in recruitment needs to be outright banned and the job market needs to be heavily regulated. Companies that ask for anything more than a one page CV need to be required to give detailed feedback to everyone they reject. I don't care how impractical that is; I'm out here spending hours on a single application and getting exactly nothing in response. How am I supposed to know what I'm doing wrong if I'm not getting any feedback?

Tip:- take each job description then copy and oastr that into Chat GPT then give a brief explanation of how your skills and previous jobs experinace meets that and ask it to give you a small paragraph that has gotten me 13 job interviews but no job
