Partially agree but the entry point isn’t the full story. I never entered my relationship,”11 years now” with any financial framing as i was young “still in school” still drifted into providership over time. The script doesn’t get written at the start, it was already written by what both people absorbed growing up. Leading differently helps, but it’s noise reduction at best if neither person has actually questioned what they believe a relationship is supposed to look like.
