@strongerwithanna: often, your pelvic floor doesn't leak because it's weak, it leaks because your pressure has nowhere to go. you could think of your core like a canister - diaphragm on top, pelvic floor on the bottom, TVA wrapping the sides. when that system is coordinated, pressure distributes. when it's not, it dumps down. every sneeze, every heavy lift, every run. TVA thigh pushes are a pressure management drill. isometric co-contraction that teaches your deep core to actually communicate — because research shows when the TVA fires, the pelvic floor responds. they're wired together. you just have to stop bypassing the system with bracing and breath-holding. this is why kegels alone don't fix it. you can't squeeze your way out of a coordination problem. save this & add it to your warm-up/workoits! #strengthtraining #tva #pelvicfloorexercises #kegel #fullbodyworkout
