I was given an obs pt who was post op, don’t with post op vitals. Report was the same, hasn’t needed anything, independent and doing great, DC in AM. SHIFT CHANGE VITALS BP 210/108! Thank you for the shift change RRT

felt so bad one shift because everything was fine in my shift and went back the next day to read nd notes and they had MET call notes and everything from like 15 minutes after I left😭 I swear they were fine on my shift!! 😭😭 looked at the nurse at handover the following night and went 'they were absolutely perfect again this shift, touch wood, because the last time I said that they gave you hell 😭"

When the nurse tells you I’m the easiest patient ever I promise you they’re telling you the truth! I am always on top of my medical treatment regimen and I’m very much independent and just hang out watching tv and doing arts and crafts. The most you ever have to do is give me meds, ice water, and snacks
