He said both things, none can say for sure what exactly was the very last but John heard him saying that after he recites psalm 21 or 23 while Luke heard the other thing, but isn't certain does both of them were present at the same time because when Jesus was taken he said to several of his followers, deciples that they would reject him saying that they don't know him before the roosters sound up in the next morning so many of his disciples at first were running and went in hiding but many changed their minds and get back , went to the place where Jesus was being crucified so from there are two different statements but Jesus actually has said both things.
