My boyfriend’s a wildland firefighter. Him being away from home isn’t hard at all, it’s wondering if he’s alive when there’s no contact for awhile and I know he’s assigned to a fire. It’s the most gut wrenching feeling but the biggest relief when I get that voice memo.

My brother is a firefighter and he put that movie on two days before he got deployed and me and my dad were in tears it’s a good movie but me and my dad were worry 24 seven when he went on deployment.😂😭

Or you do watch it to understand the harsh reality of what these men/women are facing out there every single day…. Heartbreaking movie but tomorrow isn’t promised and most people need a reminder of that.

Girl… I was barely with my husband as friends and he had me watch it BEFORE we were together and told me that’s what he does!!! I cried the whole year he was gone for fire season that year!! I tell people to not watch it. It’s so upsetting and I cry every time!!!
