@lukejones.fit: Protein Zebra Cookie🦓🍪 A high protein soft, bakery-style vanilla protein sugar cookie topped with a thick vanilla frosting and finished with a rich chocolate drizzle. ❇️Cookie Ingredients * 22g whey/casein blend protein powder * 12g oat flour * 6g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix * 20g monk fruit sweetener * ¼ tsp baking powder * Pinch of salt * 12g egg whites * 15g nonfat Greek yogurt * 10g light butter, softened * optional: Splash of almond milk if needed ❇️Frosting * 30g nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt * 15g light Cool Whip * 3g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix * 10g powdered sweetener ❇️Chocolate Drizzle * 4g black cocoa powder * 15g sugar-free syrup ❇️Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Mix all dry cookie ingredients. 3. Add the softened butter, egg whites, and Greek yogurt. Mix until a thick dough forms, adding a splash of almond milk if necessary, dough should be thick enough to roll into a ball and press out onto the pan. 4. Shape into one thick cookie and bake for 7–9 minutes. 5. Let cool completely. 6. Mix together the frosting ingredients and spread over the cooled cookie. 7. Stir together the cocoa powder and sugar-free syrup until smooth, then drizzle over the frosting in a zebra stripe pattern. This cookie is great for enjoying a sweet treat while trying to hit your protein. It’s filling and tastes amazing.
