@elastaboy: That "belly" at 15% body fat isn't fat. It's anterior pelvic tilt from 8+ hours of sitting. That belly poking out often has nothing to do with body fat. When your hip flexors lock short from hours of sitting, they can tip your pelvis forward, your glutes check out, and your core stops stabilizing. Common misconception. Usually people sit leaned back on the chair making the hip flexors not tight. But needs to be activated, not stretched more
