help by 1: not using ai 2: use ecosia instead of Google, ecosia plants trees every 45 Reasurches 3: use bottles you can refill and reuse 4: turn off the lights when not needed or when leaving a room 5: stop littering put the rubbish in the bin instead of the floor that's what bins are for, even picking up the smallest piece of rubbish will help spread this message

I grew up in the country and I’ve always known that if it ever gets TOO hot out, find the trees. Find a well wooded area of trees and stay there under them for a while. They have a lot of shade, oxygen and whatnot concentrated amongst them. Idk if it’s a genuine fact but I do know I’ve used this method my entire life out on a farm, the country, up on the wooded mountain I lived on, ect
