I just started talking my five week old to the chiropractor for torticollis and she found that she has a really tight lower back (which is correlated with the neck issues too) so we are presuming that she hates the career because it hurts her back! So interesting, but it gives a lot more explanation to get issue. Not to be the person to suggest the chiropractor, but maybe??

btw the baby einstein thing comes with a remote so when it turns off you just turn it on again from the front seat

please do some research on the safety of the baby Einstein toy. it is great but its dangerous in a car. please dont use those in cars... car seat tech here

I know you have probably gotten sooo many suggestions and sorry to be adding another on to your pile buuutt.. my son had this same issue and we tried playing the song Misty Mountain from the Hobbit movie and apparently the tones from the men singing soothe babies and was our saving grace while driving with our son. They have like a 10 hour or loop of that song on YouTube. Give it a try and hope it helps

There is a Spotify playlist that has baby lullaby my baby always falls asleep halfway through the second song. That and a fan might help

Only thing that helped our newborn in car: I slept with a lovey/ stuffy for a couple nights to smell like me then put it on her when in the car. Also that aquarium has a remote we used in the car to turn it back on from front seat😏

the aquarium comes with a shell that can play it when it stops! that way you don't have to reach back:) you're doing amazing!

I have looked after a few different baby’s in my life and one song I have found really dose work magic is hold my hand by Lady Gaga I don’t know how but it always stop them from crying, I do recommend giving that a go

Get rechargeable batteries for the machine, we use that for my daughter at night and the batteries die sooooo quickly 🥴

The aquarium toy should have come with a remote so you don’t have to stretch to the back seat to turn it on again.

Add baby white noise to your phone and play it loudly when needed . I had it on its own play list to avoid the next song waking baby back up 🤣
