I torn my acl and meniscus and doctor recommended surgery. have a follow up appointment friday. I bought a sling tactical bag long time ago I will probably use it to help carry things 🤣.

HydroJug for the win because you can close the top and just hold the handle while crutching around with no spill. My husband 3D printed me a cup holder that attaches for my iced coffees or anything in a regular cup. Game changer!!

Those are the easiest to carry while on crutches. I’m 12 days post op and I slip in through my thumb and have my thumb on the side of the crutch so I can still use them like normal!

Use a bottle like a yeti or a hydroflask and hold the bottle handle with the crutch handle! My hack after both a labrum repair and an acl reconstruction 😅

I found a girl on here demonstrating. How she carries something in her right hand with crutches. And only puts the right pinky on the crutch, I just did it with my empty coffee mug.
