As a barefoot/barefoot shoe mom, people are SO dramatic. There are worse things than crocs. People always have an opinion. I always see children in stiff shoes or in crocs. My 2 year old got princess crocs and she is obsessed with them. It’s alright everyone 😂

My son wore crocs and it was the biggest mistake we ever made, we didnt know that all that walking in crocs would make him look so cool. 😳🥲

BEGGING yall to listen when people tell you not to let kids wear crocs/flip flops all the time. i am now 22 and due to flip flops i walk wrong and need physical therapy to correct my gate and my posture. i wear down my shoes through the ball of my foot, its expensive and not worth it 😭

As a PEDs OT that works with kiddos with ASD, I do not like regular Crocs. But to be fair, many of these kiddos have difficulty with coordination and sensory input. Crocs aren't going to make or break your kid! They just aren't my preferred.

To everyone bringing up Podiatrists- if youre going to use expert opinion in your argument make sure you've actually READ the opinion. Crocs are advised against for a childs long term shoe as they fit loose and do not have proper arch and heel support which can cause excessive toe gripping and improper development. Crocs are however considered a perfectly acceptable shoe for water activities, short errands, and ocassional wear alongside a proper fitting shoe. Its also important to remmeber Croc is a BRAND name, just because you see a plastic shoe with holes ans a similar shape doesnt actually make them Crocs. Its also importsnt to remember a lot of the toe development issue stems from wearing them too small to avoid them slipping off the childs foot at that age. Fun shoes like sandals, heels, crocs, and the like have never been recommended as primary shoes for anyone from children to elderly people. Life is about moderation which includes clothing and accessories.

Hammer toes are genuinely from wrong sizing and warping your foot from a shoe being too small. If the shoe fits the right way there’s no problem

BRING BACK HILLBILLY FEET let your kids feet be free and enjoy not wearing shoes with them! It’s so freeing my kid climbs so much faster on toys without shoes in her way🫶🏻💖
