These landlords need to make up their minds. They're over here saying that the rent increase isn't so expensive, but yet they're crying that they're losing money.So which is it? Is it not expensive for the people to pay for it or is it that you're losing so much money because you cant increase the rent My opinion, it's the fact they can't make a bigger profit than they did the year before because they can't raise the rent like they want to, because in reality, were they even doing maintenance upkeep the way they are supposed to anyway
