this is a toy that I bought my son that was marketed for babies, one years old!! when I took it out of the package I was a little bit confused by the point but as a new mother figured because the toy said it was for one year-old babies it would be fine.. I set up the toy for my son and within minutes of him playing with it he tripped and almost took his own eye out… thankfully I was there, watched him trip and was able to move him before he landed on the toy… it immediately went up onto a shelf, and I emailed the company about it.. I’m pretty sure this toy is still on shelves

I watch my cats play with their toys you should always watch children play with their toys and when they’re done take it away and put it away.

Never leave toddlers and kids alone, someone must be available for monitoring and observing them. They find the way to get small parts in toys.

I just made my sons “wish list” for his birthday and Christmas (he’s 9m old), and I’m about to go through each one and make sure they’re safe. Not being able to trust manufacturers is absolutely BS.

Seeing older toys and their lack of safety feels so antiquated, when in reality those companies still don’t care about us, and that goes for every kind of product. All safety regulations are made in blood.
