I don't agree with the idea that women who wear bikinis are only seeking men's attention. That mindset assumes a woman's choices always revolve around men, when in reality, not everything women do is for male validation. Not all women who wear bikinis are doing it for clout or to brag. For many, it's simply a way to enjoy the beach, feel comfortable, and express confidence in their own bodies.
Confidence should never be mistaken for an invitation for judgment. A woman choosing to wear a bikini doesn't determine her character, self-respect, or intentions. The problem isn't what she's wearing it's how society continues to judge women based on their appearance instead of respecting their autonomy.
No one deserves to be shamed for feeling confident in their own skin. Wearing a bikini doesn't give anyone the right to objectify, disrespect, or make assumptions about a woman. Instead of teaching women to hide themselves to avoid criticism, we should teach people to respect others regardless of what they wear. Every woman has the freedom to dress in a way that makes her feel happy, confident, and comfortable, and that choice deserves respect not shame.
