The soft and chewy lemon sugar cookie by Lemon Peony. Overall it is soft and chewy with a mild lemon flavor - the glaze is what is going to pack that punch. IF you follow this recipe it visually won’t look the same as what you’re shown - you need to be using the ring immediately out of the oven in my opinion. I did watch a few videos and noticed that she does in fact use a ring to swirl her cookies out of the oven , this is not notated in the recipe.
